What is included in my rent?

Your rent includes your, water, sewer, electricity and trash removal utilities. Internet is the only utility billed separately. All apartments come fully furnished with modern furniture, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

What happens if I need to break my lease early?

We understand life happens. If you need to leave early, we offer a lease transfer program where you can find a replacement tenant. There's a $100 transfer fee, and the new tenant must meet our standard approval criteria.

Is parking available and how much does it cost?

You can purchase a parking permit for your whole contract period for $150. Parking passes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reserving your spot early.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes! All apartments come fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and dresser for each bedroom. Common areas include a sofa, dining table and chairs. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. You just need to bring your personal belongings and bedding.

How close is the property to campus?

We are conveniently located near campus with easy access via walking, biking, or public transit. Many of our residents walk or bike to class daily.  Check our location section for exact distances and a campus map.

Do you offer short-term or summer leases?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms including summer-only leases and short-term options. Summer leases typically run from May through July and are subject to availability. Contact our leasing office for current short-term rates and availability, as these fill up quickly.

When is rent due and what payment methods do you accept?

There are a few different rent payment options. 1. Pay rent upfront due June 1st 2. Rent is due in two installments due June 1st, and October 1st; 3. Rent is due in 4 installments due June 1st, August 1st, October 1st, and December 1st.  We accept ACH bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and checks. Set up autopay to never miss a payment. A $50 late fee applies after the grace period.
