Campus Villas was a great place to live! They recently got new management, and they are ON TOP OF IT! They reply promptly and do what they can to help. If they don't know at first, they ask the proper questions and get things done. Would've stayed longer but I'm getting married. It's fantastic student housing! Very affordable, plus you have a pool that is maintained.

Very nice place. Little dirty when first moved in but was fixed quickly by management. Monthly cleaning checks and the managers come around every so often to check up on the students. Pool is nice and kept clean. Strict drug and alcohol rules.

I have really liked this place a lot. Living close to the college has been a major bonus as well as being so close to so many stores/restaurants. The managers are great. You just need to communicate the problem or what you need and they have responded very quickly! Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great parking and a nice pool as well!
