When am I charged?

Can I cancel after reserving?

Yes — the reservation fee follows the property’s refund policy (shown in the Agreements section above). The platform fee is non-refundable once collected. Inactive applications auto-archive after 14 days, and the reservation fee is refunded per the property’s policy.

What if I want a different bed later?

Reach out to leasing — we can usually transfer your reservation to another available bed without re-running payment, depending on the property’s availability and the timing of your request.

Is my information secure?

Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Personal information you enter is encrypted in transit and used only to set up your tenant account and process this reservation.
