Your rent includes use of all common areas and facilities, all utilities and a furnished apartment home

Is parking available and how much does it cost?

Uncovered parking is $75/semester. Parking passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reserving your spot early. Parking is a hassle in Rexburg and spaces are limited at Shelbourne and most other complexes. If you want parking be sure to sign up for it when you sign your contract.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes! All apartments come fully furnished with a bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, dresser, and nightstand for each bedroom. Common areas include two sofas, granite dining island and chairs, and a TV stand. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You just need to bring your personal belongings and bedding and cooking utensils

What internet speed and WiFi is available?

Every unit includes high-speed internet with WiFi throughout the apartment. Common areas and amenity spaces also have WiFi coverage. We use Optix for our internet so you can study and stay connected without interruption.
