We started by working directly with operators to understand their pain points. We saw spreadsheets tracking payments, email threads managing leases, and hours spent on billing that could be automated. We saw revenue leaking from missed late fees and inconsistent payment enforcement.
So we built Room Choice—software designed specifically for student housing operators, not students. Every feature is built around business outcomes: recovering lost revenue, reducing manual work, and scaling operations.
